Business Description: ATN Care Franchising, LLC, the franchisor, offers franchises to qualified individuals and entities to own and operate a Go Telecare franchise under its service marks, trade names, programs and systems under the name “Go Telecare”.

Franchise Offer: Franchisees operate a business selling medical billing and collection services and telehealth services under the Marks and the Go Telecare programs and systems.

Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not provide direct or indirect financing and does not assist in providing financing for franchisees. The franchisor does not guarantee any notes or financial obligations franchisees may incur in setting up and operating their franchise.

Training and Assistance: Before franchisees commence their franchised business operations, the franchisor will provide franchisees a mandatory initial training program that lasts approximately 10 days. The initial training program is held online or at the franchisor’s corporate office in New York or at another location that it designates. If the franchise is managed by any persons other than the franchisee, franchisees must notify the franchisor of the identity of the manager(s). The training program must be completed by all franchisees and their designated managers (if any) unless, at the franchisor’s reasonable discretion, based upon a franchisee’s or a designated manager’s experience, it is deemed unnecessary. The franchisor may, at our discretion or upon the franchisee’s request, provide other supervision, training, assistance and services before and/or after the opening of the franchise; such as coach or trainer communications, online or video instructional programs, literature, advertising materials, displays, flyers and additional training or assistance. From time to time the franchisor may provide refresher training programs or seminars and may require that franchisees or their managers attend and complete them to the franchisor’s satisfaction.

Territory: The franchisor will not place or authorize anyone else to place or operate a Go Telecare franchise within the franchisee’s franchise territory. The franchise territory is identified in the franchise agreement. Franchisees will receive an exclusive territory. Franchisees will not face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that the franchisor owns or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that the franchisor controls. The franchisor will not place or authorize anyone else to operate a Go Telecare franchise within the franchise territory.

Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the initial franchise term is 10 years. If franchisees are in good standing, they may renew for periods of 10 years under the terms of the then current franchise agreement forms that may have materially different terms and conditions than the original contract.

Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisor strongly recommend that franchisees (or one of their owners if a business entity), participate fully in the actual day-to-day operation of the franchise business. However, franchisees may designate a manager to assume responsibility for day-to-day operations. Any managers franchisees employ to help them to operate the franchise must successfully complete the mandatory training program. The manager and all owners must agree to be bound by the confidentiality and non-competition provisions of the franchise agreement. The franchisor requires that franchisees use, offer and sell only those products and services that the franchisor approves in writing, which writing includes the Operations Manual.
