A Franchisee will pay a Franchise Fee of US$100,000 to The CEO Institute (USA) on the signing of the Franchise Agreement, plus a monthly royalty equal to 10% of the ongoing membership fees received.Joining fees paid by each new member, plus any other revenue streams (e.g. sponsorship) are excluded from the royalty payable. The term of the Franchise is for 10 years, with an option for a further term of 10 years. A Franchise Renewal Fee equal to 25% of the original Franchise Fee will apply to a further term of 10 years.
