Franchise Offer: Oil Butler International Inc. offers a single or multiple territorial franchises, with a unique system for the promotion and sale of oil changes and related products and services to the public, utilizing a van or trailer equipped with the necessary material.
Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not offer financing arrangements to the franchisee either directly or indirectly.
Training and Assistance: Initial training is mandatory, and training takes place at the corporate office in Union, New Jersey. It lasts for 3 days, with approximately 50% of the training in the field and the remaining 50% in the classroom.
Territory: The franchisee is granted an Exclusive Territory, with a population between 50,000-70,000 with at least one 6500 Series Trailer per territory. Within this designated specific area, the franchisor will not establish any other franchised Oil Butler businesses.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The term of the franchise is 10 years. If the franchisee is in good standing they may renew for additional periods of 5 years. They must pay a retraining fee of 10% of the then existing franchise fee.
Obligations and Restrictions: The Franchisee or the designee must participate personally and fully in the direct operation of the franchised business. The franchisor does not stipulate the time that must be spent in the business or the duties that must be performed.
