Advertising options for franchisors

In another installment of our on-going video interview series, we’d like to highlight an interesting discussion that Franchise Direct recently had with Dawn Kane, president of Hot Dish Advertising.

Advertising is a crucial component of any business’s success. Franchisors looking to maximize product visibility need a concerted advertising campaign to assure profitability and in this interview, Dawn outlines why advertising can provide the boost that a business need.

Dawn is not only out to promote advertising, though. For instance, she offers this objective advice to franchisors and franchisees about how to deal with advertising firms:

“Just understanding truly what your objectives are and be realistic about that. Then having an open dialogue with your client and the agency really helps to create a better relationship and then a better end product,” she says.
