Franchise Offer: As a CleanNet franchisee, the franchisee will open and operate a commercial cleaning business that specializes in janitorial services and building maintenance and related services.
Financial Assistance: The franchisor offers financing of the initial franchise fee. The franchisee must pay the specified down payment when they sign the franchise agreement, and the balance of the initial fee is payable in monthly installments, at an interest rate of 9% per annum.
Training and Assistance: Initial training consists of classroom training and practical on-site activities demonstrating and explaining the methods and procedures involved in the commercial cleaning business. Classroom training utilizing CleanNet's training curriculum and video-DVD series includes lecture, discussion, a question and answer period. CleanNet may also provide the franchisee with home study materials that will help further the franchisee’s theoretical understanding of the chemicals they may be using, and of the procedures they may be employing to operate the franchised business.
Territory: The franchisee will not receive an exclusive territory and may face competition from other CleanNet franchisees, from outlets that CleanNet or its affiliates own, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that CleanNet controls
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The term of the franchise agreement is 10 years. If the franchisee meets the conditions, they may renew for additional successive 10-year terms.
Obligations and Restrictions: The Franchised Business must, at all times, be under direct, on-premises supervision by the franchisee, or their majority shareholder, partner or member who has attended and successfully completed the initial training program. The franchisee may offer only the services that CleanNet and may not offer or sell any services not authorized by CleanNet. The franchisee may not directly or indirectly solicit other franchise owners for any other business or investment activities. The franchisee may not solicit business outside their designated territory.
