Franchise Offer: Heaven's Best Subfranchise is a carpet, upholstery, wood floor, tile and grout cleaning business engaged in offering and selling carpet, upholstery, wood floor, tile and grout cleaning services using a system including services, supplies, equipment, and products under the name and mark "Heaven's Best." A Heaven's Best Subfranchisee sells a variety of products and services for cleaning carpet, upholstery, wood floor, tile and grout. The franchisee will sell products and services to all members of the general public.
Financial Assistance: In some cases WE CAN agrees to finance the Initial Subfranchise Fee. WE CAN does not place financing with anyone, nor does it receive any payment for the placement of financing. WE CAN does not guarantee obligations to third parties.
Training and Assistance: M-CO conducts a training program for Franchisees and Subfranchisees at its offices in Rexburg, Idaho, or at such other place as it may designate. The Initial Training Program typically lasts for a period of approximately 4 days and is held at a pre-scheduled time set by M-CO. The Initial Training Program includes information, orientation and instruction on methods of operating the Subfranchise.
Territory: The Subfranchise Agreement provides that the franchisee will operate the Subfranchise within a designated Territory. This restriction has been imposed to permit WE CAN to properly structure the Heaven's Best Subfranchise system. Franchisee shall establish the Heaven's Best business within the Territory. The franchisee can change the site for operating the Heaven's Best business by notifying WE CAN. The franchisee is not allowed to solicit or conduct business outside the Territory.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the Subfranchise term is 5 years. Renewal or extension of the term is for 5-year terms.
Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisee must directly supervise the Subfranchised business or designate someone who is approved by WE CAN. Everyone who operates the Subfranchise must have attended and successfully completed the Initial Training Program.
