Description: Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning specializing in the cleaning of commercial and residential carpet and rugs. Oxi Fresh businesses also offer the cleaning of tile and grout floors, and upholstery system and other ancillary services.
Franchise Offer: The franchisor offers qualified parties the right to establish and operate an Oxi Fresh business. As part of this service the franchisee must offer carpet and rug cleaning services.
Financial Assistance: Neither the franchisor nor any agent or affiliate provide any direct or indirect financing to the franchisees. They do not guarantee any notes, leases or other obligations. Furthermore, the franchisor cannot predict if the franchisee will be able to obtain financing for any part of the investment in the license and, if so, the terms of the financing.
Training and Assistance: The franchisor provides an initial training program at no additional charge for the franchisee, or if the franchisee is an entity, a person designated to assume primary responsibility for the management of the Oxi Fresh business and up to one additional employee. The initial franchise training program lasts two business days.
Territory: The franchisee will receive an exclusive territory that will be delineated by county, city, zip codes, street boundaries, or other designated geographical boundaries as determined by Census Bureau statistics. The exclusive territory will contain approximately 110,000 households. As long as the franchisee remains in compliance with the franchise agreement, the franchisor will not operate locations or grant franchises for an Oxi Frash business within the exclusive territory.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the franchise term is 7 years, with the options to renew for successive terms of 7 years each. The fee for renewal is $4,000.
Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisee is not required to personally participate in the direct operation of the Oxi Fresh business. If the franchisee does not personally participate in the direct operation of the Oxi Fresh business, he/she must appoint an Operations Manager, who must participate in the direct operation of the Oxi Fresh business. The franchisee must operate the Oxi Fresh business in strict conformity with all prescribed methods, procedures, policies, standards, and specifications of the licensed system. The franchisee may offer and sell only those goods and services that have been approved.
