Franchise Offer: The Cowgirl Café Franchise Corporation is offering to certain qualified individuals the right to establish, develop and own and operate either an individual or multiple unit Cowgirl Cafe Restaurants. The Cowgirl Café Franchise Corporation offers franchises for the operation of independently owned and operated businesses which feature breakfast and lunch items some of which are prepared under strict requirements. The typical Restaurant requires a minimum of 2,000 square feet of floor space.
Financial Assistance: The Cowgirl Café Franchise Corporation does not offer direct or indirect financing nor do they guarantee any note, lease or obligation.
Training and Assistance: Training is consists of at least 3 days of classroom and on the job training for the Franchisee and employees. The training will cover managing, marketing, overview of restaurant services and production processes etc.
Territory: The Cowgirl Café Franchise Corporation does not approve the site for the franchise. The Franchise Agreement makes available a protected area based on zip codes around the franchised restaurant. Neither the Franchisor nor any other Franchisee will be permitted to establish a restaurant within the Franchisee’s area as long as the Franchisee is in compliance with the Franchise Agreement.
Renewal and Termination: The term of Franchise is 15 years plus a renewal of additional terms of 10 years subject to compliance. The Cowgirl Café Franchise Corporation will not terminate the agreement without cause.
Obligations and Restrictions: The Franchisee is not obliged to participate in the daily operation of the business but must participate in the management of the business. If the Franchisee does not participate in the daily operations a Restaurant Manager must be employed and approved by The Cowgirl Café Franchise Corporation. The Franchisee must offer and sell only products that have been approved in writing. The Franchisee must also spend 2% of gross revenue on local advertising
