Business Description: Wheel Repair Solutions International, Inc. (WRSI) offers franchises for the establishment, development, and operation of a business that provides cosmetic restoration and structural repair of automobile wheels within exclusive territories.

Franchise Offer: Franchisees are granted the license and non-exclusive right to use the name “Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists,” and to operate under the proprietary system developed by WRSI. WRSI also offers franchises for the establishment, development, and operation of a retail business and remanufacturing center that provides the sales of “after-market” chrome wheels, tires, cosmetic restoration and structural repair of automobile wheels. Additionally we offer minor repair of cosmetic damage to interior and or exterior of automobiles and trucks within a retail shop.

Financial Assistance: Neither the franchisor nor its affiliates offer franchisees any financing arrangements, either directly or indirectly. The franchisor will assist franchisees in finding 3rd party financing. The franchisor does not guarantee a franchisee’s note, lease, or obligation.

Training and Assistance: There is no additional cost for the initial training, but franchisees must pay any travel, and living expenses incurred during the training period. If the franchisee purchases a major market franchise, he/she must send two people to this training program, and if the franchisee purchases a regional market franchise, he/she must send two, or, at the franchisor’s discretion, three people, to training. All training occurs in Norcross, Georgia. The franchisor will also provide sales training to franchisees in their Territory, including the proper use of the Method in the provision of the Services and the operation of the Business in the Territory. Franchisees may be required to periodically attend and successfully complete refresher training programs and seminars.

Territory: Franchisees will receive a geographic territory agreed upon by WRSI and the franchisee. The franchisor offers four sizes of territories, based on population and projected potential major accounts, with the franchise fee varying for each. Franchisees shall be given the exclusive rights to use the System and Marks in the Territory. Franchisees will not be permitted to operate your franchise from a temporary or permanent site outside the Territory, unless they receive prior written approval from WRSI.

Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the initial franchise term is five years. Renewal terms are automatic for five years each upon completing requirements.

Obligations and Restrictions: Franchisees must personally devote their full time and attention to the franchised business or hire a manager who will complete the required training programs. Franchisees may choose to hire an additional person as an employee or independent contractor to aid in the operation of the franchised business. Franchisees must sell or offer for sale only the products and services that meet the uniform standards of quality and quantity of WRSI, as it expressly approves for sale in the Operations Manual or otherwise in writing. Furthermore, franchisees may not advertise outside of the Territory, unless they submit and receive prior written approval from WRSI.
