Description: Always Best Care Senior Services offers non-medical in-home personal care and assisted living/residential care placement services to the general public. These services provide quality of life and ease of living to clients, and enable them to live independently in their homes.

Franchise Offer: The franchise offered is an independent Always Best Care Senior Services which provides the public with non-medical in-home personal care and assisted living/residential care placement services using the franchisor’s distinctive system.

Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not offer direct or indirect financing.

Training and Assistance: The initial training course will be held at the corporate office in Citrus Heights. California. The training is usually for one week and averages six-eight hours per day. The duration of the training program may vary depending upon the franchisee’s previous work experience. There is a minimum of 35 hours of classroom training and 48 hours of on-the-job training. The franchisor provides 5 days of additional sales training at the franchisee’s location.

Territory: The franchisee will receive an exclusive territory with a minimum population of 200,000 people, as determined by the latest US Census. The Territory may be delineated by boundary streets, highways, counties, or zip codes. The franchisee will operate from one territory approved by the franchisor and must receive permission before relocating.

Term of Agreement and Renewal: The initial length of the franchise term is 10 years. If the franchisee is in good standing the franchisee can add an additional term of 10 years. The fee for renewal is $10,000.

Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisor does not require the franchisee to personally participate in the operation of the ABC business. However, the franchise must at all times be under the direct supervision of a manager who has satisfactorily completed the initial training course and devotes his full business time, energy, and effort to the management and operation of the franchised ABC. The manager cannot have any interest or business relationship with any other competitors. The franchisor requires that the franchisee offer only those services that the franchisor has approved in writing. The franchisee must offer all the services designated as required to be sold by all franchisees. The franchisee must at all times maintain an inventory of office supplies sufficient in quantity and type to realize the full potential of the franchised ABC business.
