Business Description: MaidPro offices provide residential and commercial cleaning and other related services to individuals and businesses within designated service areas.

Franchise Offer: MaidPro franchises the right to provide cleaning and other related services to the public. Franchisees’ competition may include other cleaning companies or services and self-employed individuals.

Financial Assistance: MaidPro may offer financing to qualified credit worthy prospective franchisees for the purchase of a Select Market for $5,000 of the Initial Franchise Fee and a line of credit of up to $20,000 that can be used towards future payments as the franchisor prescribes. Financing is not offered for any other purpose either in connection with the establishment or the operation of a MaidPro franchised business.

Training and Assistance: The Initial Training Program consists of a Pre-Opening SmoothStart Training and approximately five days of in-house Corporate Training held at MaidPro headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts. The Pre-Opening SmoothStart Training Program is a self-paced program conducted via telephone and MaidPro Intranet. MaidPro expects Pre-Opening SmoothStart Training to take 5-8 weeks to complete. MaidPro does not charge for initial training of two trainees. The franchisee must pay for all expenses related to his or her travel and living cost while attending the Initial Training Program. MaidPro also offers a Super Support Program. Super Support is a hands-on training program that can be received anytime during the operation of your business.

Territory: The franchisee will be awarded and may serve customers within a Territory which shall be delineated by zip codes; forward sortation areas; hard boundaries, such as streets, highways, rivers or other identifiable physical boundaries; or Census Tract. A Territory is a defined geographical area containing "Qualified Households" at the time of the grant of the Franchise. A Qualified Household is a household with gross annual income over $75,000. The minimum number of Qualified Households within any Territory is 20,00. The franchisee must operate from an approved location within the Territory and must notify MaidPro before relocating or opening additional offices.

Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the franchise term is 10 years. If the franchisee is in good standing and in full compliance with the Franchise Agreement the franchisee can add additional consecutive renewal terms of five years.

Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisee must directly supervise the MaidPro Franchised Business at all times. The franchisee must maintain business times and hours as MaidPro may specify in the Operations Manual. The franchisee must successfully complete the training program and, after completion of the training, must devote full time, energy and best efforts to the operation of the Franchised Business. The franchisee must offer and provide all the services required by MaidPro.
