It also features standards that promote design, construction, and operating practices that reduce harmful environmental effects of buildings and operations and improving customer and employee health and well-being.
Franchise Offer: Pizza Fusion Holdings, Inc. offers franchises for the establishment and operation of a business involving a distinctive and innovative system for restaurants featuring organic and all-natural pizza and related food specialties.
Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not offer any direct or indirect financing.
Training and Assistance: The franchisor will provide basic management training, which includes up to 23 days of instruction in food preparation, marketing, promotion, and advertising, sales techniques, and computer applications at a time scheduled by the franchisor. Pizza Fusion provides up to nine days of basic management training for up to two trainees at their training facilities in Broward County, Florida, or at another location closer to the franchised business. They also provide up 14 days of basic management training at the franchisee's premises, this training will begin approximately seven days before the opening date and conclude approximately seven days after.
Territory: Pizza Fusion grants the franchisee a protected territory. The protected territory is generally defined in terms of a geographic area that contains at least 25,000 people. The franchisee may neither solicit nor service customers outside the protected territory. For so long as the franchisee is not in default, Pizza Fusion will not operate -or grant a third party the right to operate- another Pizza Fusion restaurant using the system within the protected territory.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The term of the franchise agreement is 10 years. It can be renewed for two additional 10-year terms.
Obligations and Restrictions: The franchised business requires the manager's day-to-day supervision. The manager must devote, on a full-time basis, their best efforts to managing and operating the franchised business. The manager must be the franchise owner unless permitted otherwise by the franchisor. The franchisee may sell only goods and services that have been approved by the franchisor. The franchisee must sell all goods and services that have been approved.
