We have the quarterly conferences in Baltimore where we get to hear the experts, the geniuses, the wisdom-people - to tell us how to be even better coaches and trainers, and even better people. My journey into Sandler started as a client. It gave me the tools, the techniques, the attitudes and the behaviors that I needed to be the best manager that I could be. We started the Sandler Franchise in Chile more than five years ago. The key reason I joined Sandler is its philosophy. I decided to buy a Sandler franchise because I was doing training and coaching on my own and found the Sandler materials to be far superior to anything I had seen in my 25 years in business. Kim Booker, Sandler Training® franchisee, Ft. Worth, TXKim Booker, Sandler Training® franchisee, Ft. Worth, TX
In my opinion, the recurring revenue model, the depth and expertise, the years that Sandler's been at this, the quality of the materials makes this THE best choice, period. Matt Neuberger, Sandler Training® franchisee, Baltimore, MDMatt Neuberger, Sandler Training® franchisee, Baltimore, MD
What I thought I bought was a simple sales training business for a one-man show. It has turned into a business that has affected hundreds and thousands of lives. We're literally treated like royalty when we go into our clients' offices. We never pay for lunch. We try and they will say, 'No, let me pay, you've really helped us so much!’ John Rosso, Sandler Training® franchisee,, Pittsburgh, PAJohn Rosso, Sandler Training® franchisee,, Pittsburgh, PA
I was working in the corporate world for about 16 years, and I was tired of traveling, I was tired of commuting into New York City, and frankly I was a little tired of the sales game. And what I came to realize is it was because we were doing it the wrong way. But I was looking at the franchise for a couple of reasons - one is that I wanted be able to create a different lifestyle for myself and my family, I wanted to get off the road, I wanted to have a bit of control. The thing that was surprising to me was that when clients have that light-bulb moment, that moment when you're training them and you can just see something goes off in their head that makes sense, that's incredibly satisfying, and that wasn't really something that I thought would happen out of owning a training franchise. And then there's a lot of satisfaction from clients who send me emails and say things like, "You changed my life. That was the most important information I've ever learned. I executed what you taught me and I made a sale two hours later." So that's the kind of stuff where you know that it makes a difference in people's lives, and that's incredibly satisfying. I think any time is a good time to buy a Sandler franchise. The timing of it doesn't really matter. You get so much support, it's an incredible business model. I think the ability to build your business however you want is just a wonderful opportunity.
