Become a Regional Developer with Synergy HomeCare
Our Regional Developers help recruit, train and coach new franchise owners within their regions. The responsibility of a Regional Developer is twofold – they are expanding the Synergy HomeCare brand both through the addition of new franchisees in their region and by supporting the growth of those local franchisees. Regional Developers have a unique opportunity to reap the benefits of being part of the home care industry without providing direct care to clients - instead their main focus is implementing growth strategies to help franchises within their regions reach more clients. This role is perfect for someone with high level sales and management experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.

TrainingTraining
Our training program ensures that each franchisee has the knowledge and tools needed to start and grow their own Synergy HomeCare franchise. Training never stops with Synergy HomeCare - franchisees have initial training at our headquarters but then are supported throughout the year with on-line and in-person sales, operational and marketing training. As you will see, our non-medical franchisee training is the most comprehensive in the industry.
