The URETEK ICRNUS Method
Invented and patented by URETEK over 25 years ago, this process employs high density special polymeric resins to lift, realign, underseal and void fill concrete slabs that are resting directly on base soils. We inject polymer resin components using small (5/8") drilled holes directly through the concrete. As the resin mixture expands, voids are filled and a controlled mold pressure is exerted on a limited (8 to 10 foot diameter) area of the affected slab. We use multiple pattern drilled injection locations to re-support and accurately re-align the slab. The composite material quickly cures into a strong, stable and long lasting replacement base material.
Deep Injection Process
URETEK ICRNUS's patented Deep Injection Process employs high density expanding synthetic resins to fill, densify and stabilize low-density compressible soils to depths of 30 feet and beyond. The process is ideal for highways, bridge approach/exit slabs, airport facilities and runways - any slab on grade with settlement problems caused by poor base and sub-base soil compaction.

- Training: From the initial, new affiliate training on the methods, processes and materials to ongoing (field) training, URETEK ICRNUS ensures that you have the ability to understand, apply and support your customers – from marketing and sales to operations and customer service.
- Operational support: URETEK ICRNUS assists its affiliates in the estimation, proposal and completion of projects in its affiliate territories. URETEK ICRNUS also backs up its affiliates by providing additional operational personnel and equipment for large, out of the ordinary projects.
- Marketing support: URETEK ICRNUS is keenly aware that a key to success is the creation of a large, well qualified pipeline of activity, contacts and qualified prospects. To that end, URETEK ICRNUS supports its local affiliates in their own, local marketing efforts as well as by providing multi-region marketing efforts and materials that benefit all URETEK ICRNUS affiliates and their sales staffs. In addition, each affiliate can use the URETEK ICRNUS branding as a key element of their local marketing and sales drive.
