Franchise Offer: The franchise offered from the National Internet Corporation is for WSI Businesses which provides full service Internet consulting, education and Internet marketing systems to businesses.
Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not offer any direct or indirect financing nor do they guarantee any note, lease or obligation.
Training and Assistance: The franchisor provides mandatory initial training for up to a maximum of 2 owners for no additional fee (including on a transfer or resale), although the franchisee must bear all expenses of the trainees including travel, meals, lodging, entertainment, laundry and wages. If the franchisee wishes to train more than 2 persons and the franchisor gives their written consent, there is a daily training fee of $1,500 per person. This is in addition to 40-60 hours of pre-requisite online learning.
Territory: The franchisee will not receive an exclusive territory. The franchisee may face competition from other franchisees, from outlets that the franchisor owns, or from other channels of distribution or competitive brands that they control.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The term of the franchise agreement is 5 years with an option to renew for 4 consecutive 5 years terms if the franchisee is in good standing. The fee for renewal is $2,000.
Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisor requires that the franchisee personally participate in the direct operation of the Franchised Business. The franchisee must agree to maintain an active business operation according to the terms of the Franchise Agreement and to conduct the business in conformity with all accepted community standards of ethical business conduct. Franchisees who are WSI certified IM Professionals as a result of completion of the Initial Training program will have been trained on a selected number of the very best of the products and services currently available to all WSI franchisees, so that the franchisee will be trained to sell only those products and services which are considered to be "best of class".
