Description: Shula's Steak House franchise system operates distinctive restaurants featuring a variety of steak dishes and complementary foods. Each Shula's restaurant is named and operated under one of the following Principal Trademarks: Shula's Steak House®, Shula's 2 Steak & Sports, Shula's 347 Grill, Shula's On The Beach®, or Shula's Grill & Wine Bar.

Franchise Offer: The franchisor is offering the right to operate under one of the following Principal Trademarks: Shula's Steak House®, Shula's 2 Steak & Sports, Shula's 347 Grill, Shula's On The Beach®, or Shula's Grill & Wine Bar.

Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not offer direct or indirect financing.

Training and Assistance: The Franchise Owner, the Head Coach, the Business Development Manager, the Shula's Chef, and any oth­er employees that designated must attend and complete the Basic training program. The training is based at the franchise premise for 14 days. The franchisee must pay for the expenses incurred by the franchisor during the basic training. The Head Coach, Business Development Manager, and Shula's Chef must complete the Managers' Training Program, which consists of three to five business days located at corporate headquarters.

Territory: The franchisee will be granted a specific area within a protected territory.

Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the franchise term is 10 years, with an option for renew for two-additional 10-year terms.

Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisee must act as or hire a designated Head Coach to act as the franchised business's general manager. The Head Coach must devote, on a full-time basis, his or her best efforts to managing and operating the franchised business. The franchised business requires the Head Coach's day-to-day supervision. The franchisee must also hire a Business Development Manager, who is primarily responsible for developing business from individuals and organizations within the protected territory. The franchisee must also hire a Shula's Chef, who is the franchised business's head chef and is primar­ily responsible for operating and managing its kitchen.

Gift-Card Program $80 access and admin­istrative fee for first terminal and $3.00 for each additional termi­nal; $825 terminal fee (per terminal); .10 cents per transaction.
