Description: The franchise system sells and services franchises for non-traditional, co-branded and stand-alone foodservice operations serving high quality pizza and sub sandwiches.
Franchise Offer: Three types of franchise:
- Noble Roman's Pizza® - a restaurant concept that focuses on pizza menu items and superior quality.
- Tuscano's Italian Style Subs - a restaurant concept that focuses on sub sandwich menu items, with many distinctive features that include an Italian themed menu.
- Noble Roman's Bistro – this restaurant incorporates all of the ingredient qualities of a Noble Roman's Pizza, and is specifically designed for non-traditional venues such as convenience stores, entertainment facilities, universities, hospitals, bowling centers and other high traffic facilities.
Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not offer direct or indirect financing.
Training and Assistance: For non-traditional locations, the manager of the facility must attend and complete the initial on-the-job training program. On-the-job training is conducted at the franchise location over a period of 3 to 7 days. For traditional locations, the franchisee and the approved manager will be required to attend a two-week training program in Indianapolis, Indiana. On-the-job training is also mandatory and is conducted at the franchise location over a period of 7 to 14 days.
Territory: The franchisee will not receive an exclusive territory.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the franchise term is 10 years, with an option for renew for a term of 5 years.
Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisee must devote, or approve a general manager to devote best efforts to the supervision and conduct of the franchised business. The general manager must supervise the franchised businesses on-site.
