The franchisor offers and grants franchises to certain qualified individuals for the right to own and operate a "The Senior's Choice" Business under our Membership Agreement
Franchise Offer: The service offered in the franchised business is an effective solution for senior citizens who prefer to remain at home where the quality of life is enhanced without the stress and hardships of interrupted routines and daily habits. Territory: Before signing the membership agreement, the franchisor will negotiate to designate the protected Territory based on the estimated number of senior citizens (at least 10,000) which are living within a geographic area. During the membership agreement term, if the franchisee is complying with the terms, the franchisor will not, directly or through any affiliates: (a) operate or grant the right to operate a "The Senior's Choice" business office to be physically located within the protected territory; or (b) authorize any other "The Senior's Choice" business to provide services to senior citizens at locations within the protected territory.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the franchise term is 5 years, with the option to renew for one additional 5-year term.
Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisor recommends, but does not require, that the franchisee personally supervise the member business.
