Description: The Glass Guru businesses provide glass, window and door replacement services for restoration for residential and commercial customers.

Franchise Offer: The Glass Guru offers a franchise to operate a business offering glass, window and door repair and replacement services for residential and commercial customers.

Financial Assistance: If the franchisee meets franchisor's credit standards the franchisor may finance a portion of the initial franchise fee. The portion financed shall not exceed 49% of the total initial franchise fee. The availability of this installment payment option will be subject to the sole discretion of the franchisor. If the franchisor offers financing it will be over a maximum term of 60 months at an APR of 5%, using a standard form promissory note and security agreement. The note may be prepaid without penalty during the 60 months term. Security for the note shall be any and all assets of the franchisee’s business and shall be personally guaranteed by the franchisee and their spouse or all other shareholders of the corporation.

Training and Assistance: The initial training is mandatory for the Designated Manager (the franchisor) and it is also available for one office assistant and up to two additional field or office assistants and must be completed to the franchisor’s satisfaction. The franchisor does not charge for initial training, however, the franchisee must pay for all travel costs and living expenses for the designated manager and any other attendees that require training.

Territory: If the franchisee is in substantial compliance with the terms of the franchise agreement, the franchisor will grant a minimum area of primary responsibility that consists of a geographic area surrounding the franchised business containing a population of 250,000 to 750,000 persons for a The Glass Guru Business located  in a metropolitan_ market 250,000 to 750,000 persons for a The Glass Guru Business located in a secondary market and 10,000 to 250,000 persons for a The Glass Guru Business located in a minor market.

Term of Agreement and Renewal:
The term of the franchise agreement is 5 years with an option to renew for 3 consecutive terms of 5 years each.   

Obligations and Restrictions: The Franchised Business must always be under the direct full-time supervision of a designated manager, which is the franchisee if they are an individual, or is an individual selected if the franchisees are a business entity. The designated manager must attend and satisfactorily complete the initial training program before opening the franchised business.
