Description: The Franchisor is Ram Jack Systems Distribution, L.L.C. which offers franchised Ram Jack dealerships that operate a foundation repair and support business using a patented hydraulically driven steel piering systems. The Franchisee will operate a Ram Jack business that offers foundations solutions for both residential and commercial structures.
Franchise Offer: Ram Jack will grant franchises to individuals who have the desire, common sense, and general business skills to operate a Ram Jack Dealership. The Ram Jack Dealership offers a strong, reliable system for repairing and installing residential and commercial foundations using unique patented piering and related foundation support and repair products. The franchisor provides a complete package for the Ram Jack franchisee, allowing the franchisee to start business immediately upon completion of training and delivery of the selected franchise package.
Financial Assistance: Neither the franchisor nor any affiliate currently offers, directly or indirectly, any financing arrangements to any franchisee. Neither the franchisor nor any affiliates guarantee any notes, leases, or obligations.
Training and Assistance: The franchisor will provide a two to three day training program as determined is appropriate on site within the Territory. They will train the franchisee, the general manger, sales representative, crew supervisor and any other staff believed to benefit.
Territory: Under the Franchise Agreement, the franchisee must locate and operate the Ram Jack Dealership within an exclusive territory.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the franchise term is five years, with the option to renew for consecutive, additional five year terms. The fee for renewal is $1,000.
Obligations and Restrictions: The franchisee must directly supervise the operation of the Ram Jack Dealership but may designate a manager to oversee daily operations. The franchisee must sell and may only sell the foundation repair, support and piering services and products approved and only by means of the Ram Jack Dealership. Promotional and marketing materials and any signage on the vehicle must all be as specified or approved.
