China Chain Store & Franchise Association
The China Chain Store & Franchise Association (CCFA) is the national representative for franchise chains in China. Founded in 1997, it is the leading resource for existing and potential franchisors and franchisees.
CCFA is a non-profit membership association made up of retailers, franchisors, suppliers and experts in relevant fields. It provides services to over 1000 member organizations and 1000 member individuals throughout China. CCFA regulates its members by issuing a Code of Ethics; these documents include “The Constitution of China Chain Store & Franchise Association” and “The Code of Ethics of Franchisors and Franchisees”.
Among the many resources the CCFA provides is an online bookstore. This is equipped with books, almanacs, reports, articles, and papers, containing the most current information on the franchising industry.
CCFA organizes several events each year to allow franchisors, franchisees, and associated professional organizations to meet with each other. These include annual events such as the “International Franchise Exhibition”, the “International Franchise & License Investment Forum”, the “China Franchise Expo”, the “China Franchise Convention”, and the “CCFA Franchise Matchmaking Workshop”.
