Business Description: Shipping Franchise Holding Corp is the franchisor. Safe Ship businesses are full service mail sorting, handling, receiving, packing, shipping, storage and transportation facilities featuring mail, freight, parcels, packages, regular delivery and overnight delivery by ground and air carriers, packing, shipping, mail boxes, copying, printing, business services and other goods and services.
Franchise Offer: The franchisor sells franchises for the operation of Safe Ship businesses.
Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not offer direct or indirect financing. The franchisor does not guarantee franchisees’ notes, leases or other obligations.
Training and Assistance: The franchisor will provide an eighty hour training program, over ten days, for franchisees and up to one additional employee (two people total). The training program will begin around the time immediately before the center opening. The training program will be conducted partly at the Training Store or headquarters, partly consist of hands-on training at an operating center and assistance from Vendor/Company at the time of opening. Following the initial training program, future training is held on an as-needed basis, based on franchise demand, in the franchisor’s training center in Ormond Beach, Florida, or at its western training center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Territory: Franchisees will be granted an exclusive territory in which to operate your franchise. The exclusive territory will be defined as the store and any adjacent parking and an area within a circle having a three mile radius from the store. The franchisor does not solicit business or accept orders from within the exclusive territory.
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the initial franchise term is 10 years. A successor franchise may be granted for a period of 10 years, if requirements are met.
Obligations and Restrictions: Franchisees or their managing partner or shareholder must, at all times, faithfully, honestly and diligently perform and exert their best efforts in performing your obligations under the franchise agreement, which they must do through their personal participation in the direct operation of the franchise business. Franchisees may only sell products and services that have been approved in advance by the franchisor. Franchisees must operate their franchise according to the way the franchisor describes, which may change and evolve over time.

|Safe Ship Marketing Fee||Maximum 2% of Gross Revenue per calendar month. Franchisees shall not be required to pay the marketing fee, however, until the franchisor has sufficient locations in a market.|
|Interest on Late Payments||The highest interest rate allowed by law in the State of Florida on all overdue payments.|
|Late Payment Fee||$20 for all payments of Support Payment and/or Marketing Fee (or any other fee) 10 or more days late or on time without a monthly Financial Report.|
