He previously served as the company’s director of franchise development.
In this new role, White will direct and coordinate Kiddie Academy’s franchise development team, lead the organization’s efforts to identify new franchisees, qualify those prospects and sign franchise agreements with those who meet the high standards required by Kiddie Academy.
“When he joined us in 2013, Greg brought a wealth of business management and customer relations skills to the Kiddie Academy team,” said Kiddie Academy president, Greg Helwig. “His leadership experience and continued strong performance in our system made him a natural choice to take on this new role and help Kiddie Academy to achieve our goal of reaching 200 academies by 2018.”
Greg White previously served as president/principal at Hurley Screen Corporation, a Harford County, Maryland-based manufacturer of movie theatre screens. A self-proclaimed movie buff, White worked at the family-owned business for 20 years. The Baltimore native earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Thiel College. He currently lives in Fawn Grove, Pennsylvania with his family.
