LFC is expected to open 15 new locations in 2016, including new foothold locations in eastern Pennsylvania, Long Island and the suburbs of Washington, DC.
“This impressive growth is the culmination of 18 successful years in business, and extensive planning and testing our franchise model to build a strong franchise system. Our regional expansion was a strategic decision to grow out from our core in New Jersey while establishing a network to offer greater support to our franchisees,” said Guy Falzarano, CEO of Lightbridge Franchise Company and Founder of Lightbridge Academy. “Our Circle of Care philosophy balances the importance of each and every member of the Lightbridge Academy family – our parents, franchise owners, staff and even the surrounding community – are interconnected and equally important components to ensure that every child receives the highest quality of care and education.”
First opening its doors in 1997, Lightbridge Academy will grow to more than 35 open locations by the end of this year, with signed agreements for another 35 by 2018. LFC was ranked a Top New Franchise by Entrepreneur magazine in 2015 and 2016, and will grow to nearly 100 locations across the MidAtlantic by the end of this decade.
“We are seeking franchisees that are a fit for our culture, share our core values and understand the importance of offering a high quality educational program while also supporting the needs of the busy working parent. As a franchisor, our role is to offer unparalleled training, resources and support to help them succeed year-over-year,” said Falzarano.
