Opening its first store in the United States 12 years ago, Cartridge World has nearly 500 stores in North America today. The retailer provides ink and toner cartridges, printers, service and supplies for thousands of home and business customers. Unlike a superstore that sells a wide range of office supplies, Cartridge World carved a niche in the market by delivering innovative printing solutions.
“Every office prints dozens to hundreds of documents every day,” said Tom McLaughlin, Cartridge World’s marketing director. “Cartridge World store owners can show every customer, from a realtor to an accounting firm or medical center, how to save hundreds to thousands of dollars when they print.”

Cartridge World recently introduced a new “bundled” printing solution for medium-sized businesses. This combines high-efficiency printers that use high-yield printer cartridges with a special service and maintenance contract. The goal is to simplify printing. The company will take care of everything for the customer – including fixing or replacing the printer within 24 hours if there’s ever a problem with the machine.
