Lil’ Angels forms new ownership group

Lil’ Angels Photography is pleased to announce its new ownership group effective April 8, 2011.
Lil’ Angels has 78 franchises nationwide and takes portraits of more than 350,000 children per year in child care centers across America. The new ownership group is made up of Jim Palmer of Saltillo, MS and Dan Wilmoth of Olive Branch, MS.
Lil’ Angels LLC, founded in 1998, is an innovative concept in quality children’s portraiture that has received recognition from internationally known publications like Woman’s World and Entrepreneur magazine, and praise from parents and childcare center directors. In fact, Entrepreneur has ranked Lil’ Angels as a Top 500 Franchise for five years in a row.
Michael Sondag of Olive Branch serves as General Manager of the company, and the corporate office is now in Olive Branch since moving from Memphis, TN in September 2010. The company offers a full range of portrait packages and numerous other gift items through its mobile, home-based professional portrait studio.
