Play N Trade Franchise, Inc., one of the fastest-growing franchises worldwide, and the Computer Outlook Radio Talk Show, today announced the launch of a new program, “Gaming with Matt and Tim,” hosted by popular radio personality John Iasiuolo, and featuring Matt “Ultimate Gamer” Ward, and Tim “Troubleshooter” Blake. Ward is the general manager of franchise operations for Play N Trade, and Blake is a corporate trainer for Play N Trade.
The Computer Outlook Radio Talk Show airs live Monday through Friday from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. PT. “Gaming with Matt and Tim” makes its debut Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2007 and will be on the air the first Wednesday of every month. In addition to being made available to more than 97 AM radio stations nationwide, the show can be accessed through the Computer Outlook website and is simultaneously streamed over the Internet. The shows are also available as podcasts from the Computer Outlook website or from the leading podcast portals.
“One of the hallmarks of my show has been the daily theme format, where I provide my audience with news and information they can use,” Iasiuolo said. “The addition of the gaming segment is very exciting. The video game audience encompasses all ages and genders, and includes hard core enthusiasts as well as casual players. The new action video games that require physical participation are also expanding the gaming audience, and my listeners will have the opportunity to ask two experienced gamers any questions they have about games and accessories, and even get repair tips.”
As the proud owner of 6,000 video games, Ward is very knowledgeable in systems and games, ranging from retro - Magnavox Odyssey and the original Super Mario Bros. - to the most current – PlayStation 3 and upcoming Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Blake is an avid game player as well and is also an expert in troubleshooting hardware problems.
“I enjoy playing and collecting games,” Ward said. “I look forward to the opportunity of working with John and answering questions about the different types of games, the latest titles, and what’s new in gaming.”
“In addition to playing games, I also like making repairs,” Blake said. “I can recommend when to do it yourself and when to pay for professional service, and will be happy to answer any service, repair or gaming questions.”
The Computer Outlook Radio Talk Show first aired Dec. 3, 2002 and has been growing ever since. Today it is one of the country’s fastest-growing syndicated computer talk shows, featuring “What’s New – What’s Best and What’s Next” in the computer and IT industries.
