Business Description: The franchisor, TapSnapTM offers franchises for the sale of its digital photo booths, services and products under the TapSnapTM marks.
Franchise Offer: The franchisor offers the opportunity to become a franchisee to develop and operate a TapSnapTM franchise. TapSnapTM franchises sell unique digital photo entertainment kiosk services, to be used at events, such as weddings, conventions, reunions, and other types of social gatherings, using proprietary technology.
Financial Assistance: Neither the franchisor, nor any of its affiliates offer direct or indirect financing arrangements for any purpose in establishing a Franchise.
Training and Assistance: The franchisor or Designated Principal, as applicable and General Manager(s) must obtain the TapSnap management certification by attending and satisfactorily completing the initial training program before opening their business. Initial training includes approximately four days of training in the TapSnap offices on the topics of sales, marketing, business planning, and equipment. Only individuals that are expected to play an ongoing role in the operation of the business will be permitted to participate in training. Additionally, the franchisor may periodically conduct advanced training programs for the franchisee, and/or employees at their office or another location designated by the franchisor.
Territory: The TapSnap franchise is not for a specific territory or location. The franchisee may face competition from other outlets owned by TapSnap. The franchisor will use their discretion in deciding how many TapSnap franchises to award in any given geographic area, referred to as a “Market Area.”
Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the initial term is 5 years from the effective date of the franchise agreement. If the franchisee meets the conditions, they may enter into unlimited successive 5 year terms.
Obligations and Restrictions: The business must under the direct supervision of either, the franchisee, Designated Principal, or a General Manager. The franchisee or Designated Principal and General Manager must successfully complete the TapSnap training program and any other training programs required. The franchisee may offer for sale in the Business only the products and services that have approved in writing in the manuals.
