• Site selection and lease negotiations - Our National Support Center completes a comprehensive site evaluation and analysis of your location. • Training at AIM's Southern California headquarters - Each franchisee (or designated manager) must attend and successfully complete an initial training and familiarization course of ten business days. One additional employee may also attend.
• In-store training and Grand Opening assistance - In addition to your initial training, AIM's National Support Center will send one of its representatives to your facility to work with you for a minimum of three business days during the first week of operation.
• Ongoing operations and marketing support - You will receive periodic visits by your Business Advisor who will consult, assist and guide you in all aspects of the operation of your AIM Mail Center.
