AIM Mail Centers provides an outstanding start-up and support package for its franchise network, including:
- Site selection and lease negotiations - Our National Support Center completes a comprehensive site evaluation and analysis of your location. That way your AIM Mail Center is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of your local trade area. We also assist with the completion of a satisfactory lease agreement and the build-out of your center.
- Training at AIM's Southern California headquarters - Each franchisee (or designated manager) must attend and successfully complete an initial training and familiarization course of ten business days. One additional employee may also attend.
- In-store training and Grand Opening assistance - In addition to your initial training, AIM's National Support Center will send one of its representatives to your facility to work with you for a minimum of three business days during the first week of operation.
- Ongoing operations and marketing support - You will receive periodic visits by your Business Advisor who will consult, assist and guide you in all aspects of the operation of your AIM Mail Center. We have an "800" helpline for immediate assistance and you will also have access to the AIM Mail Center franchisee online support system.
