Over the past 3 years I have successfully owned and operated two European Wax Centers in Southern California. As an experienced business owner and franchisee, I chose to purchase Orange County and the South Bay area franchise rights because I recognized the huge potential of the Hammer & Nails business model. I believe Hammer & Nails is poised to both create and dominate an entire new market for men’s grooming services.
For close to a decade I have been involved in the oversight, management, or ownership of over 20 franchise locations from a couple of the most prominent health and wellness brands in the United States. My wife and I saw Michael on Shark Tank in September of 2014 when the original show aired. We thought ‘what a unique and very much needed concept this was’. Michael and I started to talk about me becoming an investor and Area Representative. The rest is history.
I currently own and operate 14 franchises between three different health, wellness and beauty brands. I was drawn to area development for Hammer & Nails for the same reasons that Michael Elliot started his concept. One thing that really made a difference for me was when I read that 8 out of 10 men had problems with their feet, mostly because of not properly taking care of them. As cities in Texas continue to expand, I intend to capture market share of the male population by adding locations to key growth areas.
