We Offer 2 Flexible Franchise Models

  1. Home Based Model: Franchisee/Recruiter and 1 or more Virtual Recruiters.
  2. Bricks and Mortar Model: Franchisees will hire 2-4 employees as recruiters, a Producing Office Manager to run the business and do Business Development & Client Acquisition. Recruiters may be hired as salaried, commission based employees.
Franchisees are not limited to the number of recruiters they can hire. Each franchisee completes a Business Plan with their coach which defines their growth strategy. Complete, turnkey, hiring kits available.

Area Developer Program

For those individuals who are interested in building a larger territory, we offer one of the most competitive Area Developer Programs available.

As a Patrice Regional Developer, you will have the ability to develop approximately 25 territories AND receive a single unit license of your own to operate simultaneously.

You’ll also participate by receiving a portion of new franchise fees received, payment for training new franchisees, and share in the royalty. All while developing a team in one of the hottest industries of the next decade, hospitality.

Initial Training/Franchisee Support

OUR INITIAL TRAINING
One week of Virtual Training and two week of hands on training held in Dunkirk, MD. One week of formal classroom training, and one week of On-the-Job Training working side by side with successful recruiters.

Each franchisee is assigned a mentor who provides support daily during the first 90 days. In addition, post training support calls are made by headquarters in a group format, and one on one individual weekly coaching calls with either a mentor; or member of the support center team.
AREA DEVELOPER TRAINING
Our Area Developer training is customized, however includes Area Developer Training, as well as a 12 week on boarding and ramp up program.
ON-GOING SUPPORT
We offer a Franchisee Groupsite which houses all of our Training materials and podcasts, as well as a discussion side for Franchisees to ask each other questions and offer support.

We have an established Franchisee selected FAC (Franchise Advisory Council), Quarterly Kick – Off Calls, and a Weekly Training hosted by staff and guest franchisee speakers focusing on improving each franchisees ROI.
