Training Overview: Currently, initial training lasts for 29 hours. Initial training will be held at the franchisor’s offices in West Palm Beach, Florida. In the future, the franchisor may designate other stores as “certified training stores” that are authorized to conduct the training program. The franchisor will provide, for a period of 10 days, a member of its staff to assist in initial on-site training and guidance on commencement of operations of the business. Although it is not required, franchisees may attend a refresher-training program or send their representative to be trained at any time in the future. In addition, all of the franchisee’s employees must complete, at the franchisee’s expense, all current and future training programs designated by the franchisor.

Territory Granted: Franchisees will operate the store within a non-exclusive geographic area called a “delivery area.” The franchisor shall have the right to prescribe from time to time the boundaries outside of which the store may not offer delivery service. The size of the delivery area will vary, based on the population and business counts (which the franchisor determines using sources that evaluate various demographic factors), and will be defined (and revised) periodically as the franchisor deems appropriate, for example, by cities, counties, zip codes, streets, highways, natural boundaries, or other markers. The delivery area may overlap with the delivery area of another franchisee. While franchisees are not restricted from accepting unsolicited clients from outside the delivery area, they must restrict the targeting of public relations, promotional, sales and marketing activities and the activities of their agents to individuals and businesses located within the delivery area and shall not actively market areas outside of the delivery area.

Obligations and Restrictions: Franchisees or a general manager, who has completed Graze Craze franchising’s training program for managers, must personally devote full-time and best efforts to the direct operation of the business. Brand standards may specify the business' minimum staffing levels necessary to meet those brand standards, certified manager training, and uniform dress code. Franchisees must offer for sale only goods and services that the franchisor has approved. Franchisees must offer for sale all goods and services that the franchisor requires.

Term of Agreement and Renewal: The length of the initial franchise term is 35 years from the date of Franchise Agreement. Franchisees may obtain a successor Franchise Agreement for one additional 35-year term if requirements are met.

Financial Assistance: The franchisor does not offer direct or indirect financing. The franchisor does not guarantee a franchisee’s note, lease, or obligations. Eligible United States military veterans will receive a discount of 20% off of the initial franchise fee for their first franchise location.
