The delivery area may overlap with the delivery area of another franchisee. While franchisees are not restricted from accepting unsolicited clients from outside the delivery area, they must restrict the targeting of public relations, promotional, sales and marketing activities and the activities of their agents to individuals and businesses located within the delivery area and shall not actively market areas outside of the delivery area.
