TRAINING & SUPPORT

Initial Training

Degree Wellness offers a robust training program to ensure franchisees and their teams are fully prepared.

• 3 Days of Ann Arbor Business Training
• Online Learning Management System (LMS) wil be available for franchisees and employees, including associates and RNs/EMTs
• 5 days of on-site technical training
• Comprehensive 3-4 week training checklist provided by franchisor along with a series of tests to become a certified Degree Wellness technician for all sales associates to complete.

On-Going Support

Degree Wellness is committed to providing continuous support to franchisees.

• Corporate team involving President, Franworth, VP of Marketing, and VP of Operations, will provide ongoing support
• Playbooks available for assistance and negotiations with universities and community relationships
• Integration of operational systems, LMS, KPI portals, and data warehouse
• Digital strategy, lead generation, brand essence, local store programs, and communications/PR
• Onboarding, training, and unit opening support
