    Specifications for auto-responders sent to all leads

    Every visitor who requests information on your franchise or business opportunity receives a standard auto-responder from Franchise Direct informing them that they will be contacted by you. You have the option to customize this auto-responder if you wish by providing us with the text you would like us to use. Text should be supplied in a simple Word format for transfer to our auto-responder template. You can include links to your own online material such as your website, video, franchise brochure, etc. You should put your name and title at the end of your letter, plus contact details.

    See Franchise Direct’s standard auto-responder below, followed by an example of a customized auto-responder. The latter is a sample only and you should feel free to write your own auto-responder to prospects in the way that suits you best.
