Graze Craze Expands into Las Vegas with New Charcuterie Store
Graze Craze®, the innovative company that has flourished by tapping into the popularity of graze-style dining, continues to grow with the opening of a new location in Las Vegas at 9711 S. Eastern Ave., Suite H-8. Located in Silverado Ranch Plaza, the store specializes in creating artfully designed boards and boxes that inspire guests to “Celebrate Everything.”
The store is owned by Las Vegas native, Marc Isquith, who leads operations with his wife, Alesia Isquith. He is a graduate of University of Nevada, Las Vegas Hospitality Business School and is using his love of restaurants, delicious fresh food and franchising to build the store’s success.
“I’m excited to bring this fresh, clean food for people celebrating all their special occasions,” Isquith said. “Here, it’s all about celebrating—for parties, weddings, and gifts—and it’s always fun to see people enjoy what we do for them.”
“I love watching people’s faces when they see our boards that come together for them without all the cooking and the fuss,” he added, “so they can just relax and enjoy the party with everyone else.”

Each offering is crafted for flavor, balance, and artful presentation—perfect for celebrations, business meetings, thoughtful gifts, casual gatherings, or lunchtime walk-ins.
The Graze Craze Las Vegas menu includes these signature favorites:
- Gone Grazey: A well-balanced mix of cured meats, cheeses, crackers, fruits, veggies, and more—the best way to sample a little of everything.
- The Vegegrazian: A vibrant vegetarian option loaded with seasonal produce and bold flavors from house-made dips.
- Sweet & Grazey: A decadent spread for dessert lovers, with chocolate, fruit, cookies, and indulgent dips.
“I enjoy the Gone Grazey because there are so many different tastes to explore,” Isquith said, “but of course the Sweet & Grazey has some unique items that are hard to resist.”
Boards are available in a variety of sizes, from a date night or small gathering, to a large spread fit for parties and events. Custom orders are welcome. Every board is made fresh to order and is available for in-store pickup and local delivery.
Besides running Graze Craze Las Vegas, Isquith owns a local advertising agency. He volunteers and works with many local charities, and enjoys outdoor sports, live music, connecting with friends and supporting UNLV basketball.
