The PuroClean Academy at the corporate headquarters includes a state-of-the-art, IICRC-approved Applied Structural Drying (ASD) facility we affectionately call our “Flood House”, which is the focal point of real-life practical instruction.One of only 27 in the world, this is a premier ASD facility in the nation and assists us in providing the very highest level of training available anywhere.
The Experience
We often provide a unique opportunity for insurance companies to train in our facility to ensure that their adjusters and others in the industry receive superb training to improve their own ability to serve their customers.The PuroClean Academy also consists of a high-tech classroom with special features to facilitate both in-person and remote learning opportunities.
It provides interactive webinars; live, interactive video presentations; and other hands-on learning opportunities for the most effective, specialized education.

Entrepreneur Magazine Names Alex Pericchi of PuroClean in Franchise CMO Gamechangers List

“I am honored and very excited to be recognized by Entrepreneur in its inaugural list of the top 50 CMO Gamechangers,” Pericchi said. “When I started my journey with PuroClean more than 8 years ago, I had no idea the road would be filled with so many unique and exciting challenges. I’m happy to know I can contribute to this great brand – most importantly, to the people behind it.”
Since joining PuroClean in 2014 as a graphic designer, Pericchi has risen through the ranks at the company driving brand strategy and messaging. In his current position, Pericchi is credited with having built the entire PuroClean Online Academy, a central portal of resources housing CE courses, training materials and FAQs.
In addition to his work with the online academy, Pericchi also built a robust marketing department within PuroClean, consisting of a team of in-house marketing specialists and creatives to assist in a variety of functions, as well as multiple external marketing partners to help drive the brand’s SEO and website building, social media and public relations strategy. Under his leadership, Pericchi led the marketing department to a double win in 2020 with two Gold International Business Awards “Stevies” for Marketing Department of the Year and Collaboration/Social Networking Solution. In 2019, this team also won the American Business Awards “Stevie” for User Interface Design in the Web Category.
This year, Alex led the charge for the design and launch of ‘The PuroClean App,’ a one-touch customizable application and communication tool with a complete directory of franchise owners and corporate home office team members, designed to distribute all network communication from the home office to franchise owners under one platform, while enabling team member accessibility.

My dream was to run my own business. My background was in Corporate Sales and Sales Management, so when I began my search for business opportunities, the restoration industry was not even “on the radar”.
