Office Evolution Westlake Village Expands to 10,000 Square-Foot Space, New Chapter in 10-Year Legacy
Co-owners Tom Warekois and Ashlynne Balikian expand to meet growing demand from entrepreneurs, small businesses, and remote professionals
Office Evolution® Westlake Village has officially relocated to a newly designed 10,000-square-foot workspace reflecting the next chapter of growth under co-owners Tom Warekois and Ashlynne Balikian, both local residents. The expansion responds to sustained demand from local entrepreneurs, small businesses, enterprises, and remote professionals and represents a strategic evolution of the business.
Warekois opened Office Evolution Westlake Village in 2015 as the franchise system’s 24th location. Balikian joined the business in 2021 as Director of Operations and has played a central role in the center’s operational growth and long-term strategy. During her tenure, the previous 7,100-square-foot location maintained a consistent waiting list, ultimately leading to the decision to expand.
The new location nearly doubles capacity with 39 fully furnished private offices – 31 of which were leased prior to opening – along with two meeting rooms, day offices available by the hour or day, coworking space, and virtual office services. The thoughtfully designed coworking and lounge areas provide space for members to work, connect with other professionals, take breaks, or host events with clients and guests. The building also offers access to a private outdoor courtyard and complimentary parking, enhancing the overall member experience.
Balikian led the design and layout of the new space, overseeing the transformation from initial floor plan through construction – including reconfiguring walls and reimagining the interior to create a modern, hospitality-forward environment aligned with the needs of today’s professionals.
“This space reflects how our members actually work and grow,” said Balikian, co-owner of Office Evolution Westlake Village. “From the layout to the finishes, every decision was intentional. We wanted to create an environment that feels elevated yet approachable – a place where businesses can thrive. This expansion isn’t just about adding offices; it’s about refining the experience and scaling what we’ve built.”
Warekois added, “Ashlynne’s leadership and vision have been instrumental in bringing this expansion to life. Formalizing our co-ownership reflects the partnership that has already been driving the business forward.”
With the relocation, Warekois and Balikian formalized their co-ownership structure, positioning the business for continued growth and long-term success. They look forward to continuing to provide flexible office options for business professionals while remaining an active part of the local community. Office Evolution Westlake Village is now located at 2555 Townsgate Road, Suite 200 in Westlake Village.
