2. Look at the Baskin-Robbins logo. Can you see the 31 in the middle? Originally, the 31 stood for the franchise’s number of flavors choices. Now, since the ice cream purveyor has over 1,200 flavors, it represents “a different ice cream flavor for each day of the month.”
3. The name of the Roy Rogers chain is based off of the image and persona of the famed American cowboy of the same name. Rogers licensed his name to the restaurant’s original owner, the Marriott Corporation.
4. McDonald's once experimented with bubblegum flavored broccoli for its Happy Meals.
5. In the Middle East, Pizza Hut sells “Kit Kat Pops,” baked pizza dough with Kit Kat candy bars wrapped inside. There's also a cheese variety.

9. The most trusted franchise brand in India is KFC (#36 overall), according to the 2015 Brand Trust Report.
10. Look at the Wendy's logo. Pay special attention to the collar. The broach and surrounding lines purportedly spell out “mom.” However, Wendy’s senior vice president of communications says the maternal shout out is “unintentional.”
