Venture X Location Expands in Midtown Atlanta
Premium 22,218-square-foot flexible workspace at Regions Plaza is under construction and targeted for completion in December 2026
Priddy Spaces, one of the largest franchise operators within the Vast Coworking network, today announced the upcoming opening of Venture X Atlanta Midtown, a new premium flexible office and coworking location at 1180 West Peachtree Street NW, Suite 300, Atlanta, Georgia 30309.
Located in Regions Plaza in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, the new Venture X will occupy the building’s entire third floor and encompass 22,218 square feet. The location is currently under construction, with completion targeted for mid-December 2026.
The new workspace will feature 70 private offices, eight dedicated desks and three meeting rooms, including training and meeting capabilities for groups of up to 24 people. The location is being designed to serve a broad mix of professionals, entrepreneurs and growing companies seeking a premium, hospitality-driven workplace in one of Atlanta’s most dynamic business districts.
