Absolutely, it is important that our owners find a great location for their business and we have some excellent tools to support this process. Fortunately, we are not competing with all the hard to find and expensive retail space that many franchise owners are looking for.
Our business hours are typically 8-5 Mon to Fri which is another reason a potential owner might consider Miracle Method because retail hours can be brutal. Our locations are a destination where we invite customers to come and see our showroom in an inviting industrial space typically around other service based businesses.

Location is critical for any business in the retail industry. We use the latest in demographic analysis to determine areas within a community that have the best mix of population, average household income and households. After locating areas of interest we will contact commercial brokers that we usually have worked with before and have them begin looking for available spaces in the area or areas we’ve identified. Once sites have been identified the new Franchisee will be asked to look at the spaces recommended and apply their local knowledge to the assessment. Once we’ve agreed on a space our staff will negotiate the lease on behalf of the Franchisee.
