This is a “lifestyle Business”! A Pink Zebra franchisee will have the freedom to work the business themselves or have a manager in place to take care of the daily duties. Either way you will be able to work on the go from a tablet doing quoting and relationship building.Our franchises do not do the moves, they will have fully trained movers to perform those tasks. The industry pays well so turnover is low and typically there is a waiting list for new hires.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
All franchises will travel to headquarters in Birmingham, AL for a week of business training.This will include marketing, relationship building, and back-office support. There also be time spent on systems for hiring movers and managers.
Pink Zebra has their own hiring platform for finding talent. Each new franchise will have a trainer visit them in their market for a full week of on-the-job training for their movers. This will include how to wrap/pack/and protect the items in the move.
Wowing the customer is also a big part of the Pink Zebra culture, this will be covered with all your team-members.
