Crestcom Named a Top 100 Franchise for Veterans by Franchise Business Review
Crestcom was identified by an independent research firm, Franchise Business Review, as a 2025 Top Franchise for Veterans. Only 100 brands were named to the annual list of award winners.
To identify the companies on this year’s list of the Top Franchises for Veterans, Franchise Business Review analyzed data from over 2,100 franchise owners representing 365 brands regarding their overall satisfaction with their brands and their likelihood to recommend them to others.
Crestcom’s franchisees were surveyed on 33 benchmark questions about their experience and satisfaction regarding critical areas of their franchise systems, including leadership, training & support, operations, franchisor/franchisee relations, and financial opportunity.
The Crestcom franchise is for the professional who wants to make a difference in people’s lives by fulfilling the mission of developing great leaders around the world. Manny Martinez, a Crestcom Area Representative and Franchise Owner in Washington State, joined the Crestcom network after a 30-year career in the U.S. Air Force. He explains, “I stayed in the military for 30 years. It was a great experience. I climbed the ladder of elite leadership all the way to the top, which was an honor and a privilege, and I became a leader of people. And my job was to empower people to develop people, to give them the tools and skills to get to the next level, empowering teams as well. And as I finished my career in the service, I thought, how can I continue doing just that? How can I continue to pour into the lives of others so that they can achieve their highest potential? And from that, I decided to become an authorized Crestcom franchise owner.”
Franchise Business Review, a research firm that conducts independent surveys of franchisee satisfaction, provides the only ratings of franchises based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction and performance. “Veterans exploring franchise ownership have many options to choose from, but it’s not always easy to know which brands truly deliver,” said Eric Stites, founder & CEO of Franchise Business Review. “While many franchises advertise incentives for veterans, what matters most is the experience after the contract is signed.”
