A month in the life of a Franchisee
Potential candidates often wonder what the average day of an All County franchisee looks like. Well, in residential property management is more easily described as a recurring monthly cycle.

Here is a basic outline of your entire month:
  • Market upcoming and current vacancies.
  • Inspect and prepare current vacancies.
  • Rent collection.
