IFA president interviewed
Late last week, we reported on the IFA’s franchise forecast for the year of 2009. It’s not only people in the franchising industry who are interested to hear about the report. Fox Business News was also curious, and interviewed Matthew Shay, the IFA’s President and CEO. Shay said that franchising industry remains optimistic in the year ahead despite the economic challenges. You can watch the clip here.
