They are usually a little skeptical at first but it’s always great to see their moods and attitudes change from skepticism to excitement after a little education about our products.

A large percentage of people hear the word healthy and think it doesn’t taste good, however Vitality Bowls has shown that it’s delicious to eat healthier. As the owner I have the opportunity to help customers understand all the nutritional benefits the food provides them, while showing it’s satisfying and tasty too! My favorite bowls are the “Detox” and “Graviola”.
