The first years owning the business had been so wonderful for our family, that when my Dad retired 6 years later, we didn't hesitate to buy his location. Two years after that, the previous Miramar Beach, Florida owner asked us to buy his store. After visiting the store and analyzing and reanalyzing the financials, we decided to add a third to our family of RMCFs. There are hard days, frustrating days and bad days, but most days are exciting, challenging, and good. We truly love this business.

We have been RMCF Franchisees since 1995 and it has been a true growing experience. We opened our first store in a small town in Eastern Washington and the opportunity to move the store to downtown Seattle came, we took it and have never regretted it! One of the reasons we attribute our success to is the support provided by the Rocky Mountain Corporate Staff. The Design and Graphics Departments have been amazing to work with and the Field Consultants are very responsive. We have owned a lodging franchise and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is by far more interested in helping their individual franchisees succeed!

I grew up with the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory as the center of our dinner conversations. My father was one of the first franchisee owners and had a beautiful location in downtown Denver's Writer Square. Ten years later... married with children, working corporate jobs. An amazing location in the Denver Pavilions opened up and we jumped in! My father retired and we purchased his Writer’s Square store, 2 years later we bought our third store in Florida. Most days are exciting, challenging and good, we truly love this business.
