And they laugh, but what I think the Military definitely helped me not just for Pet Supplies Plus, but in life, to develop my leadership techniques. And that conveys every day to how we lead the team here, how I develop my subordinate leaders, and how we organize and run operations. Military operations believe it or not convey to business operations. Some efficiencies that you can find in the store come from lessons learned in the Military.
