Heidi's Brooklyn Deli was founded in 1994 in Denver by Heidi and Steve Naples, New York transplants who had a yen for the fabulous food they left behind.
For anyone with a hankering for a Reuben or a Philly Steak Sandwich or just a taste of old school Americana, Heidi's Brooklyn Deli cannot be beaten. Rooted in Brooklyn's colorful history and culture, Heidi's Brooklyn Deli franchise features a menu that will satisfy any appetite.
The store started out small as a bagel and ice cream shop in a 1,400 square foot space in a 100 year old building in Denver, Colorado. By 1997, Heidi's was selling over 35 killer sandwiches on fresh-baked breads, hot foods, desserts, and, of course, fresh bagels and premium ice cream. In its first month as a full deli, Heidi's doubled its gross receipts!
In May of 1999, Steve and Heidi opened the second Heidi's Brooklyn Deli in a northern suburb of Denver. The first franchise location opened in March of 2005, and there are now more than 30 locations with more to come.
