We are a newer franchise focusing in the construction industry and have been appreciative of the support received from TLC corporate. There isn't many questions we had asked that went unanswered and the response was usually immediate. If there is a challenge we face, we simply reach out for advice as chances are someone in the TLC family have experienced it and have the know how to help us through it. We owned a franchise previously in a completely different industry where the back and forth from head office couldn't hold a candle to the care and support we receive when we need it here at TLC. It helps to have some business experience, but we were given everything we need to open our office, trained on how the software that supports the system works, and were provided with a manual and resources guide that answered many of the questions we had in the first few months and still comes in handy today. We are grateful to have found TLC and recommend their franchise to anyone who has a passion for building relationships along with a solid work ethic and drive.
